1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on dbtjl, accessing the website, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents collectively constitute the complete agreement between dbtjl and you.

dbtjl applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering standards and to protect the integrity of the platform. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g. National ID card or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

dbtjl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbtjl's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
